Payment is required 48 hours before each session. I accept bank transfer and you'll receive payment details when you book.
I offer appointments Monday to Friday. We'll work together to find a regular time slot that suits your schedule.
I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may need it. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate, unless in exceptional circumstances.
